Ready...Set...Train!

Yesterday, I decided on a half marathon to run. Today, I planned out my training schedule.

I'm super excited! It'll be my first half since 2003.

My first training run was only two miles, and boy, were my legs tired during the run! I definitely have my work cut out for me.

But I can do it, right?!

I've got a few other races I'm hoping to run as well. :)

  1. Good luck! I'm sure you'll do a fantastic job in training and kick some serious booty.

  2. I've always found that signing up for races is a good excuse for me to get back into shape ( or to kick my fitness level up a notch). Good luck with training and the race!

  3. You can do it! I'm currently in a running rut and have less than 2 months til my half marathon. Good luck with training!

  4. WooHoo! You'll do great! I've just started running again after a foot injury - I just hit two miles for the first time in what feels like forever, yesterday! Yay!

@Lara, It's good to have goals to help push us along. For sure.
